im home alone tonight and want to make something yummy for dinner!! but have some issues with certain food lately!

I made stuffed peppers last night for tonight's dinner....just trying to make life easier!
Brown rice, ground turkey, fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions and low fat mozz. stuffed inside green peppers....topped with panco and parm. cheese!

I am with yelley on wings and beer but I do have to cook for the hubs before I go
I made sauce last week and froze it so hes having that pasta meatballs which ill make today and garlic bread...yumm

i'm thinking some kind of Chicken Stir Fry. Its the only thing I really have ingredients for and I refuse to go back to the food store for something else

Whatever is in the freezer. Maybe Elio's pizza or a dinner of appetizers and a salad. All depends on what time DH and I get home in this crazy weather.

I made a london broil last night that was wayyyy too big for the 2 of us. So I have alot left over, and I usually take some garlic bread, and slice the meat real thin, and put some cheese on it and bake it in the oven until it's nice and gooey.
DH used to love it, but last time I made it he got sick. I don't think it was from the food b/c I am a crazy lady when it comes to meats being cooked properly, but he was sick and now he can't eat that anymore lol So I guess he gets chicken nuggest and french fries :)
