DH is cooking...now that I've gone back to work he does the cooking and I do the clean-up.

I don't know. I was thinking chicken or steak fajitas but I don't have all the ingredients so I guess I'll just have to throw some stuff toether.

Sure but I kinda just made it as I went so I dont have exact measurments lol Hope this makes some sort of sense

I just brown the meat with garlic and onion...then I use Da large can of crushed tomatoes addED fresh parsly, basil & oregano(didnt have fresh basil or gregano snowed in lol so I used dry). I felt I wanted it to be a little creamier so I actually added some Vodka sauce (Rao's jarred I didnt have heavy cream or vodka so I couldnt make it) to make it creamy. I also added grated parmesan while it simmers bc I like the kick. Also I always add some sugar to my sauce, some dont but I dont like bitter sauce. Also I add salt, pepper, maybe some hot red pepper...as needed DH likes spicy....I made a lot but it's okay bc I just freeze it and one day when I dont feel like cooking I will throw it over macaroni.

ETA: I also get Ricotta and put a dallop on top and serve with spagetti

A chicken pot pie I made last week and froze. I just baked it and it smells so good!

Mom is sending my brother over with food =) Gotta love her!!! By the time I get home from work tonight there will be no time for cooking, and my poor DH has been out in the snow all day, so he needs a home cooked meal

oo how do you make those?


i followed the bisquick recipe and divided it into small casarole pans
