Tonight is TACO TUESDAY at my house. What are you guys making?

I am making some kind of fish - probably in wine/butter - and mashed potatoes (leftover - DH made them on Sunday and they were awesome).

DH is making chicken breast in our NuWave oven DOn't know what else he's making.

I am going to my cousins bball game at 6 at Hofstra, then to the gym so DH is on his own. Ill prob wind up eating leftovers when I get in.

that's our plan too, as long as the smell of the meat doesn't make me but i think i can handle it!

DH doesn't get home til 10:30 tonight and it is so cold out, I think I am going to order in. I stink at cooking DH usually does it but he can't tonight! last night he made spaghetti with turkey meat and sauce. He forgot to heat up the veggies so we didn't have any!

I was thinking of pizza. I like to get the mini boboli's and make a few different pizzas.
#1 Spinach and artichoke
#2 White- ricotta, fresh mozzarella, tomato
#3 Veggie's

I don't have patience for dough so I just use the premade crusts
