I don't know what I'm eating but I'm making DH stuffed cornish hens with vegetables.

I was thinking of pizza. I like to get the mini boboli's and make a few different pizzas.
#1 Spinach and artichoke
#2 White- ricotta, fresh mozzarella, tomato
#3 Veggie's

I don't have patience for dough so I just use the premade crusts

I love making homemade pizza in a 12 in. Cast iron pan. I buy whole wheat pizza dough. I learned from Rachel Ray magazine.

I love making pizzas - I use pitas for the dough!
