What's for Dinner?!

What's for Dinner?!

I am a bad wifey today, I am not cooking. I told DH to take out one of the many frozen meals he has and bring that to work LOL!

I will probably just make a pastrami sandwich or something later after my nail appt.

Normally, DH makes corned beef and cabbage but he didn't this year for some reason...

Yucca is a very starchy potato-like food very popular with Dominicans. I think it grows there. Tostones are fried plantains

Going to my parents for dinner. Good ol' corned beef, cabbage, potatoes. Oh and my favorite Irish Soda bread, homemade.
