FYI you can use butter or oil to fry your cutlets

I use both actually. The butter gives it such great flavor!!

Re: What's for Dinner Thread??

We eat dinner every night together and I usually cook during the weeknights. Since I am really into cooking my mother ordered me the Italian Cooking and Living magazines for X-Mas and they have awesome recipes that require very little ingredients. Their stuffed pork recipes was one of my husband's favorite dishes.

I totally second Rachel Ray's 365 book. I just made the honey-lime salmon dish last night that she has in that book. Her recipes are convenient and quick. Plus you have 365 to choose from. Another good recipe book is Newlywed Cookbook that I registered for from Fortunoffs.

Cooking doesn't have to be a huge production. My husband's feedback is what makes me love cooking. You would think I was Emeril.

ETA: Dom n NIc, if you can get the chix cutlet thing down you'd be suprised how many amazing dishes you can make with the basic chix cutlet.
Good Luck
