I hate to do everything...

when DH was home...I was used to it being done for me...

Patrick doesn't allow mw to iron because clothes always look worse after I've ironed them. I DON'T complain!

I also have to make the bed. It makes the room look 'finished'.

Cira, Roger says I iron his cuff flat he hates it when I do it to mine too, he is an anal ironer So I leave it all in his hands

If I say everything, you will assume I have a dirty house and I am really lazy.

I don't do the garbage or anything in the yard. I have recently turned over the bathroom tub completey to DH. Everythhing else I do with the assistance of DH sometimes.

I hate cleaning the bathroom - like scrubbing the tub and floor.

I hate folding laundry and putting it away too. I don't mind washing and drying it though.

I also hate cleaning the windows every spring. I have lots left to do this year if the rain would ever end!!

Hubby does the dishes and mopping so I am okay with that!

Okay, i'm not a newleywed (yet ) but I couldn't resist posting on this thread since I am in the process of cleaning right now...I HATE cleaning the microwave!!! FH doesn't believe to cover his food when he microwaves and I just spent almost 1/2 hour scrubbing off dried sauce and cheese off the ceiling and walls of the microwave

danielle...have you tried those microwave cleaners that explode and clean the microwave? it looks pretty cool...

for the microwave - put a bowl of water in there with some dish soap, set it for hi for about 5 mintues and the stuff wipes off pretty easily. DH does the same thing

Christine, hubby's friend was over and we have a white microwave, always spotless, b/c I do not play that dirty microwave mess. He offered her some dinner, why did he let her put a plate of sphaghetti sauce in our white spotless microwave uncovered You know I was livid, sauce everywhere I was screaming and she was still here, I could have cared less, this is your home you teach people how to treat it. YOu know we do not do that here. But he was stuck on the pc and was too lazy to make sure she was doing it right. I was even mad that he let her share the food herself, knowing this woman probably didn't even wash her hands I was mad at her too b/c as a woman she should have known better. But then again he said she probably does the same thing at home, the funny thing is our microwave cover was in the microwave so she chose not to use it and left my **** microwave a red mess. SO yes i do agree that a glass of water for 3-5 mins does work in softening the stuck on mess. I feel like Anna or Debbie

I will have try the water trick. I try to clean up any mess quickly so it wouldn't be stuck.

The water-in-the-microwave trick is great, and if the mess is especially nasty, squirt it with Fantastic or another surface cleaner before you heat the water. It works like a charm!

Dusting for sure!! But, I sort of have to do it, since I have bad allergies.

I don't rememer the last time I plugged in my iron!

Cleaning up after my DH! He's a little sloppy. I let his sloppiness pile up only so long, and then I have to either nag him or break down and clean it up!

I mean, he leaves his tools on my kitchen table for days after he's finished using them!

Shamma, DH does that all the time!!! We have a plate cover which I'll admit is a little of the way being on the refrigerator (but that's pretty much eye level for him) and he would have to (dare I say) turn around to grab at least a paper towel!

JMS - DH does the same thing with his tools. He also leaves those pledge dust cloths all over the place - I guess I shouldn't complain since he is the one doing the dusting, but I find them every where.
