I cook and bake really regularly... and we have a tiny kitchen, so I've had to purge a lot of stuff to make room... no gadgets here!
things I use regularly (weekly to daily): cuisenart food processor kitchen aid mixer waring blender microwave coffee grinder & maker spice grinder
that said, there are things I need for special occassions which take up space the rest of the year..... ICE CREAM MAKER... totally agree, and I have the 2 flavor at once variety... too huge CREPE PAN COOKIE CUTTERS AND RACKS (to cool christmas cookies) TAGINE BREAD MACHINE/toasteroven doesn't get much action either.... we live near a great bakery now
