I usually go to Stop & Shop, bc I feel like I save so much $$ with my card- but then someone told me its very expensive? We will be on a tight budget soon with DH going back to school, so I want to get the most for my money!!

I LOVE Stop & Shop but I usually go to Walbaums because it's closer and I always find what I need and they have good sales too. King Kullen is close also, but I only go there to pick up quick like milk or eggs.
I go to BJ's every few months and buy in bulk, like Santina said you spend a little extra money but you save in the end.

It's clean and the prices aren't bad considering the good quality. I find the places that are less expensive are often dirty so I'd rather pay a little more and buy my food at a clean store.

stop n shop...mostly. Every now and then we go to the meat farms on main street in Holbrook. I haaaaate food shopping so DH does most of it

Same here. And if |I'm in the mood for something special, I go to Trader Joes. They have awsome organic food and veggies. They may be abit pricey, but it's worth it to me.

My question is how do you know if you are getting a good price??? I'm soooo lazy and I don't cut coupons or anything like that.....I really should though!! Do you ladies?

I go to Shoprite. they have the best sales and a great selection. For produce though I like to go to a local market.

It depends on where the sales are. I usually limit myself to Walbaums & Stop & Shop.
We go to the Stop & Shop in East Northport. That one is SOO NICE. We are willing to travel the extra couple of miles.
Other wise we just go to Walbaums right down the road.

Stop and Shop, and sometimes use King Kullen and when we need to stock up on stuff we go to my favorite place, costco!
