Where was your shower?

Looking for a place for my sister's shower- somewhat inexpensive, but still nice. Can be a buffet (instead of a plated meal)

Preferably in western suffolk or eastern nassau.

Mine was at West Sayville Country Club..omg it was great, brunch buffet. I think it was over $50.00 a head

My shower was also at The Carltun - but one of the other rooms, The Gatsby Room (pics in my review if you want to see).

Mim's is great too -- they have a location in Roslyn Heights and one in Syosset -- we had our engagement party there, and it was really nice! (also have pics in my review of that)

Mine was at DiVinci's in Island Park. I loved it. But from what I heard from my MOH, someone who was invited told her it was a glorified Pizzaria!!! Can you imagine? If it weren't for family, this broad ( and I call her that, cause she's less tha a lady, and NOT even a grown up) her family hates her, except her Aunt. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I don't wanna waste my fingers talking about trash. I have diapers to change. Oh....and just to let you guys know.......she got married cause they have a beutiful child and wanted to be a family for Christmas. Wonk wonk, wonk!!!!! I guess thats what justice of the peace is for. Ya gotta love the haters.

Love DaVinci's in Island Park!! DH and I go there all the time!!!

DeSeversky Mansion- no idea what the pricing was. sorry I don't know too many places in the area you mentioned- Milk & Sugar in Bayshore perhaps? Or Captain Bills?

Shandons Court in EI. It was a buffet style, huge room, and great service!

Mine was a Lombardi's On The Sound in Port Jefferson. I think it was in the 20's per head. Food is excellent there as is the view!

I had mine at The Irish Coffee Pub in Islip. I'm not sure how much it ws (they had sit down early dinner) but it's pretty and somewhat western suffolk
