I think I have a cold, but I am not sure..

My head is all stuffy and my nose is running and stuffy at the same time but my snot is still clear which means I don't have an infection..

Can someone tell me what's wrong with me????

I CAN'T BREATHE!!!!!!!!

PS.. my throat is kinda scratchy too... UGH
