Whew! We're in contract!!

Goood news ladies! We're in contract for the townhouse we put an offer in last week!

Scary thing is- and my agent didn't want me to know and make me freak out - another offer came in after ours last weekend- thank GOD we didn't lose it. They came in a little over our price, and my agent convinced them to stick with us. So we didn't even have to raise the price! Woohoo!!! We actually met the owner and she liked us so that helped!



We're almost homeowners!!
