I don't think any cruise lines specifically exclude children but some are more geared towards specific groups. A travel agent would know which ones work best.

Re: which cruise lines will not allow children
we took a cruise through Princess, they allow kids, but they were all in the day camp. We didnt really see that many. I am assuming that from the commericals Carnival or Royal Carribean will have kids everywhere. You should ask a travel agent on the vendors board

Re: which cruise lines will not allow children
I have been on 6 cruises (am taking my 7th next month).
Kids are kept pretty much out of the way, unless you travel during a week that kids are off from school (which I won't do).
Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Holland America and Celebrity have all been fantastic. Celebrity had the least kids - almost none - but there were VERY few young people too. A lot of people my folks' age on that ship.
Sometimes there are pools on board that have minimum age requirements.

I don't think any of them, but I know that Carnvival gears more to them.

Princess had an adults-only pool. DH and I went on a cruise on Princess at the beginning of May last year, and we didn't see that many kids (but we did see a lot of older folks, like JLP said).

i've been on royal caribbean twice and barely noticed the kids. only if i went to the main pool area or walked past the kids club area.
most ships have an adults only sections throughout the ship.

Re: which cruise lines will not allow children
I remeber first going on a cruise when I was 19 and we were the youngest ones on the ship. Now when I went I was 30 that has since changed. There are kids all over the place. I hope I don't get flack for this but when Dale & I went on our honeymoon, the table next to us had about 4 kids and they were so misbehaved. They kept getting up and out of their chairs. The mother apologized one night because they were so disruptive. I wish they did have a special section for families when you are seated at dinner.

We went on the Big Red Boat for our honeymoon and we barely saw any kids. There were alot of teenagers but they didn't bother us. We hung out with the other honeymooners from our dinner table and we had a great time.
