Which shower would you prefer?

Which do you think you would prefer? A loosely themed shower around pinkish girly jewelry ideas like this

or

A tropical themed shower in honor of your Hawaiian honeymoon. Think more upscale hawaiian than luau (orchids, tropical prints, asian inspired decor, etc..)

I vote for the girly theme...I think that is every girl's secret dream for their shower...i know it was mine

Thanks everyone. I talked it over with the other MOH (Im the matron, she is the maid...i hate that word Matron but whatever) and she thinks the Pink works better than the Hawaiian thing especially since so many of you guys voted for it too. So its decided...pink/girly it is.

PS: if anyone has any ideas for me (particularily wishing well ideas or guestbook ideas) lay them on me

I love the pink girly theme! Does the bride to be like pink? b/c some girls really hate it!

She likes pink - not like Trista loving pink or anything - but she likes it.

The place where Im having the shower is this maghogany paneled restaurant so it wont be like the place will be one big pink poof. It will be touches of pink for decor.

Sonicstef..I checked Ebay and they have a lot of 4 dozen black velvet ring boxes. They werent't too expensive. I just don't know if they are big enought o fit the ring pops.

Thanks dawnie. The one I used looked like a standard size so the ebay ones should work too. Im going to wait to buy them b/c i need a bunch but not sure exactly how many.

I HATE pink but LOVE all of these ideas. i voted Girly.
