I think so. I actually think I've been eating less since the wedding, but I haven't exercised at all in the past month so now I lost all the muscle tone I had built up and I feel fatter. I really need to start working out again!

I was always active in high school, but wound up gaining about 15 lbs my sophomore year of college because I was going to the gym irregularly and I wasn't running. Anyways, I picked up running again and it just changed my body. Since then I have been addicted to the gym (most of the time . . .every now and again I have to remind myself that I like it)

Me, argh. I'm back on track now though, at least I'm trying to be. I keep telling myself, the honeymoon is over.

3-5 pounds..mostly because of all the food we ate on our honeymoon ;o)

yep, and I'm not happy about it. I was back on track a few months ago but then I started teaching again and I'm having trouble finding the time to go to the gym. But I am eating much better.

I went to the dr on Monday and they weighed me and I was 10lbs heavier than I was on my wedding day 4 months ago... My diet starts Monday.. Lettuce... HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!
