Who has gained weight since they're married?

My clothes just aren't fitting properly!!! I'm sure it's a combination of having moved abroad, getting used to a new style of eating, still not having a full-time job and drinking more now that I'm no longer pseudo-single, but YUCK!! I feel awful!!!

ME ME!!

Before we got married I lost 60 pounds...Since the wedding I am up 12!! But I am back on my good food and the gym..So hopefully it will be gone by Memorial day!

maybe a tad, but DH can't stop...which is ok by me cuz he was a measly 150 lbs (at 6' 3') when I met him!!!

Me me me! OK maybe I shouldn't be so quick to admit it, like I am proud of it or something

The good thing is that the pool water is finally startingt o warm up to bearable so I can start swimming every day.

I went on the pill for the fist time after we got married and I gained 15 pounds. Needless to say, I wen't right off it. I'm still trying to lose the weight I gained and thensome.

I joined curves right after the honeymoon and have lost 2 inches around my waist :)
and am still loosing - well, hopefully.
hubbie is too trying to loose - our goal is for me to loose another 15 and him to regain that sexy muscle :)

we walk every night and watch what we eat.
I figure best to get into a workout routine now early in our marriage than to complain about that 'spare tire' when we're 40 :)

I sure have. I've gained about 6 lbs. I'm seeing that a lot of my jeans/pants are snug

The thing is I never used to eat right and now I make full meals every night...and love to eat

DH hasn't really gained any

i gained like 15 pounds and also quit smoking hubby lost 10 lbs

Always weight concious, I told my physician I gained weight after the wedding- like 10 ibs and she said, ' you are guilty of eating with the man'. And it hit me that I had went from eating with my tiny, salad eating girlfriends to eating with a 200 and some odd ib man who chows on steak, burgers, and french fries. I was dividing up our meals at night and sharing them with him. He should have been eating much more than me! I forget this a lot! I need less than a quarter of what he eats and should eat. Since then I have been eating consciously next to him, reaching for different things.

sept20, that is so true. I can't even skip a meal the way I used to or just eat a salad because he would claim he was starving to death!

i did! about 10-12 pounds. i finally (re)joined weight watchers when i could not get into my comfy capri pants from last summer! i have lost 6.2 lbs in my 2 weeks at WW

That makes so much sense!!!! I noticed after the wedding, that my pants were starting to not fit me anymore. And I thought I was shrinking my jeans in the wash...hee....so I joined Curves and I only lost 2 lbs, but 8 1/2 inches!! and my jeans fit again!!!
