who has the magic bullet?

what do u use it for..we got one at the shower and it's still in the box

I got one for my shower too! but i havent used it yet! its like for smoothies and stuff

i use it everyday. i make my homademade dressings in it, Smoothies with frozen fruit ,yogurt and juice, guac, salsa, chop up cheese for nachos

i used it to make almond cookie crescents. the recipe called for coarsely chopped almonds and the bullet did the trick!

We have it. We used it to make shakes a few times. I used it another time to ground veggie burgers for meat sauce.

We used it for alcoholic beverages.

Once I tried to make a dinner recipe with it, and I failed miserable... and actually ended up melting one of the cup things! haha!! Oopsy.

It does sound like a sex toy Gail!! everyone used to say that to me!!! haha!!

DH makes milshakes everynight with it. I've made smoothies with it a few times.

i love mine! i make all sorts of fruit and veg purees and freeze them to mix in to other things. and i make smoothies in mine as well! :o)

Ohhh thank God I read all the responses... I have a dirty mind and thought it was a sex toy!!! We have the Magic Bullet and it's great for smoothies but you need to be careful chopping anything because it tends to puree everything. It's also good for grating hard cheese!!!

dh needed this too!!! Boys grrr. I like the consistency of the milkshakes it made though they were perfect. He also made a really good dip with it...but then again those were the only 2 times he used it...and it was during the same day!!!!!

I received mine at my shower from a good friend. I didn't register for it... she just thought it was something I should have.

I love that thing! I make smoothies with it all the time. It's good for single servings. Another good thing about it is witht he individual party cups, if someone wants a margarita and someone wants a pina colada, you don't have to worry about washing the whole pitcher out to make a fresh batch of something different.

I agree with someone who said it tends to puree a lot. I tried to chop onions in it because my eyes were tearing so much. It turned to mush with the Bullet. But I think if you 'pulse' instead of going full blast, it should be ok.

I've never attempted to microwave the cups and I have a cheese grater (with the handle) so I have no reason to use the Bullet for that.

It's not a necessity for the kitchen but it's kinda cool to have and it doesn't take up too much space.

I might give some of their recipes a try one of these days to use it for more than just drinks.
