I actually bought both of DH's wedding band (his 'dressy' one and his every day band) only because I wanted to.
ETA: and DH bought my band.

He bought mine and I bought his. I also got him a wedding present of cuff links with our wedding date engraved in them and he got me nadda....well I guess a husband is something but not something I can wear
