Just wondering if any past brides have sold their wedding dress? I am wondering if there is a market for people to buy used dresses and if so, what forum did you use to advertise it? Ebay doesn't seem very promising as it's saturated with chinese manufactureres offering knockoffs for cheap. I'm trying to sell a dress and am not having any luck.
What about the Craigslist?

don't use your phone #, if you go onto craig's list. one friend of mine her wedding dress up for sale with her phone # and got people calling and texting her messages like 'why do people sell their wedding dresses? wouldn't you want to keep that?' and she even had one guy try to pick her up! he asked if selling her dress meant she was now single and if she was 'hot'. it was kinda funny, but also disturbing!
I had no luck on craigslist but just sold my gown on ebay.
