DH got the first volume last week and I've been doing them on my own...LOVE! Feels like my lungs are gonna explode but I feel tighter and leaner after 5 workouts!

In particular - the medicine ball workout is 16 freakin minutes...SIXTEEN...and awesome! I did it last night and crawled to the shower soaked in sweat....DO IT!!!!
