Whoah!!!!!

So silly

Just for fun I mapquested our March roadtrip from NY to FL and seeing this freaking me out!!!

-Merge onto I-95 S (Passing through NORTH CAROLINA- SOUTH CAROLINA- and GEORGIA- then crossing into FLORIDA). 920.8 MILES!!!

We're definitely stopping on the way and making this a two day trip - but just seeing that number freaked me out!

my husband and i drove from ny to mi and it wasn't even close to that but we took like 15 hours and both of were like 'never again'

my brother in law just drove from NY to Seattle, WA a couple months ago... it took them 5 days!

its a straight shot---so its not as bad as it could be. but it would be best if you make it a 2 day trip.

i drove from NY to south carolina with DH -- and it took approximately 12 hrs and we didn't really stop---what a loooooooooong trip! so i don't envy your FL trip at all!

I've done the FL drive before - definately make it a two day trip! It was fun to do once, but I'll never do it again.

I've done the trip straight through and its really not that bad!! Think of it as an adventure!! HAVE FUN and be safe when you do go!!

I LOOOVE road trips.. but I did NY to FL once also.. NEVER AGAIN!!!! We drove straight through and only stopped for 2 hours for breakfast and to sleep real quick. Took us 22 hours I think... It was all the way down to West Palm Beach.
ENJOY you'll be fine but you probably wont want to do it again. Do you have to drive back up too? We flew back.. that was my only saving grace

Thanks girls.

We're definitely doing it and are very excited about it. We'll make it a two day trip and no matter what DH and I do we always have a great time - this will be even more exciting b/c it's something new.

We drove straight through from NY but stopped at every rest stop in every state along the way and got to FL in 18 hours. We also took turns driving. We did not want to stay over we just wanted to get home.
