I think it's because most people feel like that's the next step. I try to look at it as a good thing..Like they have enough faith in us that they want us to have a baby...at least that's what I try to tell myself when it irritates me

Yep I agree. I dont thinka nyone does it with malice. Its just one of those questions. The only time it annoys me is if you say 'im not sure we are having kids' and they look at you like you sprouted an extra nasty head. THATS rude but otherwise eh, I let it roll off my back.
