Why must people

blow their horn RIGHT when the light goes from red to green.

This lady behind me this morning was literally on her horn within 1/2 a second- blaring it- 8am is to early for that bs

I should have sat there till it turned red again

Cabbies are infamous for this. Ugh.

That's when I wait 10 extra seconds until I go (instead of the 1 second I would have had they not honked) LOL

This happened to my dad once when he was leaving a parking lot and there was a guy honking at him. My dad turned his car off and got out to 'check why his car stalled' LOL He can be such a schmuck!

People have no consideration. Our neighbors next door to us, leave there dogs outside all night long, and every morning there dogs bark and the don't stop them. Its the most annoying, when I wake up at 8am on a Saturday because of them!

ugh - i HHAAAATE that! that's the norm in queens..it drives me crazy!!

I used to be like that, until one day I was driving and I heard a little voice behind me say
'Green Means Go'
My nephew was 3 at the time and he just repeated what I would always say in my impatience. Thank God no profanity.
I learned patience after that.

Yup, happens EVERY Weekend. I swear, one weekend, i'm going to lose it and call the cops, because after 10 minutes of non-stop barking, its considered noise pollution!

lol sometimes I feel like doing this, but I give them the 5 second rule. If they don't go after that, then they get a little 'beep' , just a little one.

I did blow the horn at some guy this morning, who stopped in the middle of the road, then slowly crept up to the corner and turned his signal on. I flashed my hands at him almost to say 'turn your blinker on sooner a-hole' lol

I was going to say the same...I think it's a Queens thing...just a city thing. It's annoying becasue it takes at least a couple of seconds to hit the gas and go

I must say I do get frustrated on LI when the light is green and the person isn't going well after the light has turned green. Most of the time these people are reading or texting or on the phone so they're distracted...they deserve to get honked at becasue they're holding everyone else up.

why must the people across the street from me rent by the room to people with no cars, so we have taxis laying on the horn at all hours, day or night....

if you call a cab have your arse ready and waiting!!!!!!!

i hate horns, except in a real emergency of course
