eat really stinky foods at their desks ? My stomach is turning !
No one has private offices here, it's all officles (office + cubicles = officles). One of the managers brought in his lunch and it STINKS.

My old boss used to freak out when people cooked food (like a ww meal) in the micro. It wasnt even like fish which I can see getting pissed about.
But, yeah, it's gross when it's stank a$$ food!
We have a rule that we can't eat fish or shellfish in certain areas of our office b/c someone has a severe allergy. I have a feeling this person got sick of smelling people's stanky fried fish!!

UGH That is soo annoying....though I must say stinky food is better than a stinky person. I have someone that has serious BO in the cube next to mine and sometimes his BO wafts over....GAG!

I think it's pretty rude to do that. I remember even in high school when I knew that I'd be eating in a small classroom rather than the cafeteria (for a meeting or whatever) I'd NEVER bring anything that stunk. Like rather than tuna, I'd bring chicken. And that was when I was a teenager. How do people (esp adults) not consider this???

You have stinky food, I have ALL DAY ice chewing on one side and a sound (like a puff of air) every 2 -3 seconds coming from the other side.
Difference being, I dislike the ice chewer, but like the air puff guy.

Ugh I hate people that bring stinky lunches. The worse is that they dont notice or pretend not to. There are certain foods that should not be eaten at work.

Hee hee, I remember your ice chewer. On the other side of my wall, I have a guy who has tics, so he will rotate among pfftt, pfft, pfft; snort, clearing throat, snort; and a clicking sound. And when he gets excited about something, the voice goes up about 3 octaves.
Ice chewer beats me though. crunch, crunch, crunch. (hope he cracks a tooth)

There's a lady in my office who makes microwave popcorn EVERY SINGLE DAY. Now, I like the smell of popcorn once in a while... but when it's every day... come on!! You can smell it outside of our office all the way down the hall!
