Wii Fit

Finally after 2 months, I set up the Wii Fit and OMG, I love it! I am sooooooo sore though from using it yesterday! Not to mention I'm really ticked off that DH is 2 years younger than his real age and I'm 19 years older Stupid balance test!

Awesome!!! DH and I might get it to help us get in shape. His stepmom also discovered exercise channels from cablevision so I'm looking forward to doing some pilates. I have to get this sitting around thing out of my routine lol.

theres a channel called exercise on demand and they have everything on there. They even have the 30 day shred, all 3 levels on there and dozens and dozens of other workouts. They have different categories and each category a list of workouts. They have abs, cardio, pilates, dance, strength training, yoga, sports training, body sculpting and more. Ive been using it since like 2006 and it is great. Like i dont even have to go buy the 30 day shred bc they have it

i have no clue, i have time warner. BUt i do know that girls in LI have said they have it, other girls on here have posted they had it but i dont know what cable they had. Its by all the on demand channels. For example my movies on demand channel is 1000 and then after i have a&e on demand, food network on demand and a bunch of those and exercise tv on demand is channel 1026

i remember a while ago they did have the prenatal workouts, but they do change them up so not sure now

Its funny but i did the best in the strength training one, i got pro at that one, i told dh that i was diesel

but even other games really help. Last night we kept playing a bunch of different ones. We did golf, bowling, boxing a little and baseball, but also played tennis alot, i like the tennis one and my arm is so sore.

yeah once dh and i were so sore from the boxing one. We gotta do that one more often bc it really works out your arms, and also both arms lol. I kept saying last night that my right arm is getting quite the work out and i need to work out the left too or else it will look weird

Re: Wii Fit

keep up with the balance games and your Fit Age will go down and be normal (or younger than your actual age). There is a great Zen mediation game that you can unlock after doing a significant amount of time. It's a fantastic cool down!
