Will be joining you all on this side in 4 months...any last minute advice for a bride to be that you wish someone told you on your wedding day?

Sorry to prematurily come over to this side , but was wondering if you have any advice for a soon to be bride on the day of the wedding, or the last few months. My mom has passed away, and I cannot ask her, (obviously), and want to know what I should be doing that you forgot to do or stressed about that you should not be stressing over? And that you wished someone had told you.
I have already been to the doctor about stressing out and my cycle being off from this, and I was such a laid back bride, but as it is getting closer I am starting to freak out about things that would not normally freak me out.
(EX- my shower, walking into a roomful of a lot of people and being petrified, etc.which I normally am very out going etc.)
Thanks again, and sorry to ask this on the newlywed board, but I figured you would all be the ones to ask.

My advice would be NOT to stress. I know this is easier said than done, but I stressed for NO reason. It all works out in the end. If you have picked your vendors carefully, surrounded yourself with reliable, dependable people then you really do not have anything to worry about.

Enyoy the day, don't sweat the small stuff.
Smile, smile smile, you do not want ugly pictures

Hold your husband's hand all day.

Don't sweat the small stuff.

Give your photographer a detailed list of all the pictures you want. Give this list to someone on both sides of your family to help gather the people you want in your pictures.

Schedule an extra 20 minutes for everything you do on your wedding day. You won't stress if you run over on something else.

Eat.

Take a minute during the reception to look at what all your planning accomplished - all your family and friends celebrating one of the most important days of your life. You will savor this memory.

Have a great time!!!!!

Princess,

You REALLY do need to stop stressing about some of the things you are stressing about....EX: your shower!!! You are stressing me out!!!!!!!! LOL!!! If you walk into a room full of people then so what. They are people that love you!

Love Ya,
Jodi

ETA: Definately take a minute or two & just sit back & look all around at your reception to see how it all came together. You will really see all your hard work put together. I did that during dinner at mine & it was beautiful. I could see all of the candles lit at all the tables!

My number 1 regret - is that I was so caught up with all the faces looking back at me when I was walking down the aisle, and so excited, that I was not focusing on the fact that my dad, who I love so so much, was walking me down the aisle. In the video, he is looking over at me, and I am just looking around smiling at my friends. I should have spent that time cherishing the fact that he was walking me down the aisle. Everytime I see my video this makes me sad.
#2 - if it happens to rain, do not do a receiving line at the church.
#3 my stupid photographer kept telling me that I didn't need a must-have photo list, and there are so many photos I didn't get that I wanted, also make sure you meet your actual photographer, my company I thought was ok, but the photographer was awful and came very close to making me cry and ruining my day.
