would someone be willing to read my coverletter?

i have a cover letter i need to send out ASAP (like before 3.. yes im so last min) and ihad to adjust it...the postition in the paper is for a Medical Assistant (which is what i was..) Now im an LPN but would rather work in an office if i could... so im applying for a medical assistant hoping for an LPN job (if that all makes sense) Also im Liscense as my maiden name so thats the reason for the name in () at the top.

Please read and make corrections where needed i have thick skin tell me if it stinks... I would appreciate any help i can get!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
