So there is this totally overzealous Sr Associate that I work with who is just a pain in my a$$. She is only one step above me. She is VERY career driven. She's totally pushy and drives me crazy. She is the type that sends you an email & calls 30 seconds later if you haven't answered.
ANYWAY I had gotten some emails from our realtor with listings of houses we were going to see last night. I printed them out & had them on my desk FACE DOWN to take home with me. So here she comes & she's once again HOVERING over me. She asks me where so & so file is & she picks up my stack of UPSIDE DOWN PAPERS on my desk and says 'what is THIS?' and starts leafing through them
Would you ever walk up to someone's desk & start rifling through their papers? I mean, they are upside down for a REASON!

Rude much....I don't know what would bother me more the fact she touched things on your desk or continued to look at personal/private items knowing it was not work related.

yes, i would totally freak. but i'd be so off guard i'm not sure how i would react!!!
it reminds me of something that happened to me. i work for an agency and i get sent to hospitals all over. so i carry paperwork with me. at one place, i meet the supervisor and i'm holding a manilla folder with documents, emails etc. She says 'are those for me?' and at the same time REACHES FOR THE FOLDER AND GRABS IT!! Meanwhile I say 'NO NOT ALL OF IT' and i'm still holding onto the folder!!! so for a second or two we're like struggling with the folder!!!
i was dumbfounded; and that turned out to be the tip of the iceberg with that a$$hole. when i told dh and my friends about it they were like
