Take it Lara. We get screwed enough by vendors, make them pay for their screw up.

Business is business. If they didn't deliver what they promised you, then you deserve some money back.

I also think you should take the $. They did not deliver what you were promised and you are entitled to some kind of refund!

Take the refund. I also agree with LIMom. Similar scenario happened to my brother and then Cindy on their wedding days. Even though the band was good, you did not get what they paid for by any means therefore I feel you are owed something. I am glad Cindy got a little something for her troubles. Unfortunately, my brother did not persue it. It think you are rightfully owed something!

Thank you all so much for your input. It's really helped.

I guess I'll just divide what we spent by 9....and take it from there. Not really sure what's appropriate though??
