Would you stay up late

DH and I work different schedules and my friend is making me feel bad!!! . Because I did not want to make love to my dh @ 1AM in the morning. She tells me that I can't do that to my DH?

What is your opinion on this. Was I right to say NO!! and go to bed, to wake up early to be on time for work OR should I have stayed up till 2AM fooling around?

if it is a quickie he can wake me up, we are also on different schedules.. it also depends if DH is responsive when I wake him in the mornings

Were you up when he got home or did he wake you up for the nookie? I don't like being wakened up for ANYTHING, but would probably have appeased him with a quickie if I had been awake...

I was up, about to fall asleep He comes home at that time. Gets settle in, then comes and start messing with me, I just turned around and tryed to fall asleep. I love my sleep too. He would never wake up in the morning to get busy, though. If it does not fit into his schedule.

yeah my DH is the same, that is why I don't feel guilty about the late night thing, plenty of mornings I wake him up and he pretends to be asleep

Depends if it's been awhile!! Since your schedules conflict, it sounds like it could be awhile between sessions... and that would bug me too!!

So yeah, I would give it up at 2 am if I've gone too long without it!

Sorry, sleep comes first!!

I'd give it up at any hour of the day...even in the middle of the night!

I almost can't believe we are posting about this! People -- men, women and children have the right to not feel like doing something without feeling badly about it, don't you think? If he wasn't in the mood (OK I know this is rare! ) we'd get over it!

Please -- no body take offence...I mean no harm, just that we are starting to sound like we're living in the 50's and that is OUR Duty!

We are also in the same boat sometime I will wait up for DH but I am a night person not a day person and not a morning. But if he is not willing to bend to your schedule then no, but if he would be willing, once in a while, what's a little sleep depravation when you can have some fun
