this is annoying

i can understand if you go nuts on a vendor and get carried away with slandering them BUT what is wrong with saying you weren't happy b/c xyz happened on your wedding day!?!?!

i know i read your review - i cant remember exactly what you wrote but i know it wasn't anything horrible - it was just honest....

i think its so messed up!

I had read your review before it was edited and I didn't think you wrote anything out of line. It was just constructive honesty. Thats too bad it was taken out of your review.

I never said in my review NOT to use these people, and I gave them a mediocre review... but you can bet if people FM me about them I'll certainly give them an earful now. Very counterproductive of them.

I'm soooo sorry to here that. That's why I'm dragging on my review. I wasn't happy about two of my vendors and I feel like if I post it, they will remove it or I'll get negative feedback.

I havent done a review b/c 2 LIW vendors I would give an F and it would get pulled anyway.

That's exactly why i didn't do a review. If I can't be honest, then why bother.

If this is the case then don't we have the right to sue if we are hiring a vendor based on this website because we think they have only good reviews only to find out when it is too late that the vendor actually had poor reviews that were removed? Isn't this technically 'false advertisement'?

I know. Before my wedding I never saw a single negative review about either vendor, and then right after suddenly a whole bunch of girls were dissatisfied. It makes me thing there have always been ppl not happy w/them, but that these reviews were always removed. If someone had told me, 'beware, your trial will be awesome but day of will NOT look like it' I would have been much more wary.

That's exactly why i didn't do a review. If I can't be honest, then why bother.

But I don't think you shouldn't review your other vendors, especially the ones that you loved. I wasn't happy with one of my vendors and I will just say that I did not have a good experience and if you want info, FM me your email address.

Yeah I probably would have just used my regular hair girl and someone local for makeup. Honestly, I don't think my makeup even looks very special. I probably could have done it myself.

yeah i hear ya..... maybe you could spread the word on the 09, 10 and 11 boards about what happened to you and just be like, 'if you really want to know how a vendor was, you may want to FM the person who wrote the review'
