Writing A Review...

Writing A Review...

Anyone else just not into it?

I have no interest in sitting here and writing out a review of my wedding. The vendors I had issues with have already discussed the fact that I can't complain about them on here or give them a bad review
And basically everything else was perfect.

Can I just say:

'these are my vendors. my day was perfect. if you have any questions FM me'

and leave it at that?
I'd feel almost guilty if I didn't do a review at all...

you could always give a more brief review, with a few pics. but don't be afraid to give your honest review of all vendors..many girls will say as long as you present what happened factually, w/o emotion or judgment, it won't get pulled.

Tell you the truth I didn't want to do one. The only reason I did was because some of my vendors are not in the top 10% of the used vendors on this site and don't have a lot of reviews. I loved every single one of them and I thought they deserved my praises. They all worked very hard for me and I thought that this was something I could do for them.

But you don't have to do anything! Everyone doesn't do one!

I'm not worried about it getting pulled really, although that is part of why I don't want to sit here and write it all out just to have that happen... but a two of the vendors made it clear that they would pursue or at least attempt to pursue legal action. I'd rather just avoid that drama I guess...

Maybe I'll just be like these are my vendors here's their grade, FM me for more details and put some pics up b/c who doesn't love to show off their wedding photos?

That's a good point too. I want to be like 'my band was amazing and you should go and use them' b/c while a few girls have used them on here, a lot more prob would if they knew more about them...

sheesh. you shouldnt need to state that as a vendor if you stand behind the quality of your work.

as for the review, totally up to you...you don't even have to do one or you can just give a real brief one!

So just do one that has your favorite vendors and leave the loosers off! Bunch of jerks!

Kerri Ive been waiting for your review! But thats cus we were date/hall twins. But I'll be slightly dissapointed if I dont get to read one. Maybe FM me a review or at least do a review in pictures once you have all your proofs back?

I haven't started one either. I still haven't even uploaded my pro-pics and i LOVE them and I LOVED my photographer, Konrad Kolen. It's just so time consuming and I don't have time right now. But I really want to because others' reviews were so helpful to me.

I started mine, but had minor issues w/ some vendors and have others who were good but taboo on here (their names show up as ******- lol). I may just leave out the taboos, but mine is pretty much written. I wanted to write it while it was all fresh in my head.

I will probably just write a brief one, but I'm waiting for my proofs...
I think they're helpful to all the B2Bs, but I don't think it's a big deal if you're not into it.

Re: Writing A Review...

I finally wrote mine yesterday - - about time for a 9-02-2007 wedding! but 'm still on -dialup and it's really a pain to upload pics. did 3 or 4 at a time. but I just love the pics - - wanted to add even more but then there's that pesky dial up.

anyhow wanted to give credit especially to Larkfield Manor, Silverfox and Esquire tuxes.so that's why I figured better late than never.

so I have a few replies on the review so I'm happy about that. that some girls read it and it might help them.
anyone else want to go read it so I don't think keying my little fingers to the bone went for naught??

I had no issues with any of my vendors. They were all incredible. I just have no urge whatsoever to write a review and probably wont be doing it.

My brief review for Gina:

Everything was AWESOME except for this crazy bridezilla date/hall twin i had. She was so pretty and her wedding had so many flashy light things that it totally ruined mine.

JK GINA! I love you! I have all my proofs back, I can hook you up with some more pics if you want. I'm not super comfy posting them on here for various reasons.
