Re: WW

Yes you need the points calculator to calculate your points, the only other way to calculate points is if you have the monthly pass and go onto your e-tools and you can use the online points calculator to do it

Re: WW

If you joined at a meeting, then you also got weighed in. Check your weigh in record, and on your weight sticker there should be a spot that says DPT with a number anywhere between 29 and 71. That's your daily points plus target.

Re: WW

In the meantime, there are a lot of non-official points calculators on the internet. Just make sure it's Points Plus and not the old Points program.

Re: WW

Are you just doing meetings? Or are you paying for etools (the online memebership with the tracker/calculator)?

If you have etools, some things are in etools and you can just type in 'Strawberry Nutragrain bar' or whatever and it will tell you. Other things, you need to end Fat, Carbs, Protein and Fiber values.

Here's an online calc I found - you can use this to enter the values.
Calculator

Next time stay for the meeting and tell the leader you are new - he/she will explain the program in detail to you

Re: WW

There's a free Points Plus calculator app that you can download. Just search for WW Points Plus Calculator. I checked with a friend who has the calculator from the meetings...its accurate. The calculator that you can buy is only like five bucks, but I don't like to carry extra crap with me...whereas I always have my phone on me.

Re: WW

To figure out PP values for foods, you either need the calculator, the A-Z food list in the pocket guide, the companion guide, or e-tools.

Like Kris said, if you have e-tools, you can download the calculator app or use WW mobile.
