WWYD?
If one of your friend's who you arent so close with came to your wedding, would you be obligated to go to theirs even if you barely speak anymore?

no obligation unless you want to resurrect the friendship. . if you are done, you don't have to go. . maybe she is even inviting you bc of obligation that you invited her. . . . then you will have to friends forever bc of obligation . . but seriously. . I would say go if you want to and if you don't you could always send a gift but not attend. .
thanks girls! I'm going to think about it. I am leaning more towards going to her wedding, a part of me wants to see her get married.
are you just not talking or was their a fight/argument. I have plenty of friends I love but do not speak to often so for me to not speak to a friend since your wedding might not be strange for me.....people get caught up in their lives sometimes
I think, honestly, it would depend on the length of time between weddings. If it were only a few months and she gave you a generous gift, I would definitely say go to hers. But if she did something to pi$$ you off and you don't have any intention of keeping the friendship alive (as in the aforementioned posts) then don't go. Of course still send a gift and a note.
There was no argument, we just have lost touch. If I decide not to go I will still send a gift...I'm going to talk to DH and we'll decide if we go or not.
I would go.
