wwyd....customer service or fix it your self?

we just got a new tv stand....delivered today

DH notices that the doors close slanted, so they dont 100% close

i told him we should call customer service and have them get us a new one!!

DH said its easy to fix...just need to re-ajust the hinges

idk. what would you do?

i would say try, lightly, to fix it and if not, then call CS

if it doesnt negate some kind of warranty then do it... it would probably be 10000000x easier than going through customer service

DH would probably try to fix it - and if that didn't work then I would call CS.

me thing happend with out dining room table.. we finally tried going to the store and they went out of business..

call right away. but if its easy, then have him do it.

im not home to see it, but he said its easy.

i told him to try to fix it today. otherwise we call CS.
