I hate when we have to suck up and deal with people like.. I always imagine myself hanging up on these people and telling them off.

Man, I know exactly how you feel. I used to work for a collection agency many years ago, and I have been called every name in the book.

These people ordered the merchandise and wont pay for it, and it's all of a sudden MY fault.

I got so mad one time and fed up with these people that I called the lady a B!tch and hung up on her lol

Ooh, I don't envy your job. Sorry, you have to deal with that. I try to keep it in mind when I deal with customer service reps because I know they're just trying to do their job.

Oh that's rough...You know it's not your fault and there isn't anything you can do but that is your job..unfortunately she doesn't understand that.

It's like when I watch the Repo show on truTV and they freak on the repo guy, I am like how are you freaking you haven't made the payments what do you think you are just going to get away with it?!
