I was actually turned away from the counter because my package wasn't taped up properly, despite the fact that I was on my lunch break and just waited on a really long line. They refused to let me use the tape they had sitting on their desk in plain sight. Apparently it has to be sealed before you even get up there!

Honestly after all that, I wouldnt be surprised if your package got 'lost' .... And yeah, ive been to plenty of PO's that do not help you package... I agree that it should be done at a separate counter so that the line does not get held up.... jmo
