Who owns the right to dental xrays? The patient or the dentist?

I'm not sure who owns them but legally, you can get a copy of ALL your records but they can charge you per page.

xrays 10$ each
u have a RIGHT to them, but the docs office owns them

dental xrays, they can print them up for u
if ur lookig to change dentists, dont tell them.
ur also allowed to have xrays every 6 months.
i would ask for a copy of ur treatment plan along with all the work that has been done... and cross check it with ur insurance, to make sure they havent been billing for services that havent been done
