I tried to get tickets for a random Saturday afternoon game in June. Not against the Mets or Red Sox.
Guess how much per ticket? Okay seats, nowhere close to the field though...
$900 per ticket
My asst just tried to get tickets and they offered her tickets for $2695.00 per ticket. Again, these are not seats that are close to the field.
Are they freaking kidding?

they are sorry about that now- I heard that they are having a lot of trouble filling the luxury boxes and I heard Modells- who buys the first two rows of seats might decline

On the Yankee website you can still get lower seats for $350/ticket but for like 20 games..
Good I hope they loose money the first year!

Re: Yankee Tickets
The Yankees screwed over a bunch of fans. I'd be really ticked about some of the things that happened if it was me.

Re: Yankee Tickets
that makes me soooo mad!! My family always got season tickets up in the nose bleed section and even that was kinda pricey, but still affordable. Now those same kind of tickets will probably only be reserved for the wealthy. I hate that. The REAL fans are no longer gonna be able to go and that suckss. What jerks. Makes me SO angry!! I wish there was something we could do about it.
