Yesterday was my birthday. I got two scratch offs from my brother. I scratched them off and BAM! I won $84!!!!!!!!!!
So, DH and I canceled our plans for our first anniversary because we figured we couldn't afford it. We decided to take the money and go to this hotel near Foxwoods that has a free shuttle to the casino! So now we get to actually celebrate.
AND, I was out on Friday but they closed my building early. I figured that I was out of luck BUT my manager just told me that I get 1.5 hours of leave back to use for this week!
I told DH that I booked the cheapest room but I upgraded . . .shhhh!

Congrats! I gave DH 5 scratchoffs for his bday 3 weeks ago and he still hasn't scratched them. Um, hello??? What if there's a $1000 winner in there? Or BETTER?
Looks like a nice hotel. I will have to remember it when I want to go to the casinos next!!!

LOL i NEVER win on those I was so surprised.
My brother loves that hotel. The casinos are too $$$$ to stay at so you can stay at this hotel for $79 and they even have the free limo - great deal!
