YESTERDAY WAS A GOOD DAY!!!!!!!

soo yesterday was Dh's birthday it was a great day...had the fam over for a yummy dinner, had yummy cake, etc.
AAAANNNDDD....

I FOUND OUT I GOT A PROMOTION! woo-hooooo!

I've kinda kept in quiet, but a A few weeks back my manager put me in as a candidate for a new position opening up at BE called 'Lead Store Trainer'....it's pretty much the floor manager & lead beauty ambassador(makeup artist). I was totally humbled and shocked that she even considered me being that I had only been there since december and there are other girls who have been there MUCH longer... but anyways, i had no expectations..kinda just the 'well this is fun & will be a cool experience but there's no way i'm getting this job' lol. well anyways, my interview actually went REALLY well..i just 'clicked' with corporate & i left really happy and actually excited with the 'wow maybe i might get this??' feeling..

well...I FOUND OUT YESTERDAY IT'S OFFICIAL!

so needless to say, i'm very excited i've been working really hard, and i'm grateful that they're giving me the opportunity! I've already begun training(last week my manager said 'nothing's offical but i figure getting a headstart on training you can't hurt') and so far it's a LOT of work, but i'm enjoying it so i'm the lead makeup artist, floor manager, key holder, and i'll be training new employees

oh & ps: did i mention that this saturday i get to go to a vip event in PA as an artist where i'm actually going to meet THE Leslie Blodgett???? (the creator & ceo(she does all the info-mercials if u've ever seen them)...SHE'S A LEGEND!!! i'm totally pumped!

Anyways, so i just wanted to share i'm super excited!
