So I am leaving on a business trip tomorrow- my cheap a$$ company booked me on Delta- they now charge $15 per bag to check it- so here is my question- would you expect your company to reimburse you for the $15 check bag fee?

I work for a bank and DH works for a tobacco company and they pay for flights, checked bags, cabs, car service, food, coffee, everything and anything when you travel so I would think it should be covered. Do you work for a large company?
its medium sized- we used to just expense everything but we have had a lot of cut backs in order not to do layoffs- so I am nervous about what expenses to include and what not to- without raising any eyebrows.
Everyone else has been denied conference attendance- I am one of two people attending and usually we send 8 people

That is a CROCK of shlt! You are travelling for the company and they should reimburse you. They can't assume someone for your family will reimburse you. I'd submit the bill anyway.
And yes, send them the bill for the airline baggage fee!
