We were vey picky about the reception hall when we started to look. Some were nice - but just screamed 'wedding factory'. Some were pretty but insanely expensive. We didn't want to be one of 5 brides that day - and we wanted to be certain that the food and service were top notch. It was important to us that the wedding be OURS - and not be in a place where half of our friends and family had already been or had their own weddings in. HWC - with it's beautiful setting, attractive rooms, amazing food selection not only met our expectations - it exceeded them with ease. Our wedding was exactly the elegant, intimate affair we hoped for. Our guests were impressed and we are still grateful that we were able to find a place of this quality without spending a small fortune. We would highly recommend taking a look at this somewhat hidden gem for your own wedding. I can't imagine being more pleased with our selection.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Hamlet Willow Creek on June 17th 2005. If you are looking for the wedding of your dreams then you should have your reception at the Hamlet! The director, Barbara, is amazing. She took care of every single detail. The ambiance was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Our guests left with a lasting impression. 10++++++++++++++++++++++++

The Hamlet Willow Creek Golf and Country Club is truly the epitome of class and elegance! The staff is so accomodating and professional and the food is just outstanding. Our family and friends have been raving about it!! Barbara is incredible - she has consistently gone above and beyond to assist my husband and I and our families. She is truly a professional in the business who has, throughout our planning process, become like a member of our familiy!! We made the greatest decision in choosing the Hamlet for our wedding. Beautiful surroundings and superb staff!! A+++++++++

I was married on April 30th, 2005 at The Hamlet Willow Creek. They did an amazing job and went over and beyond for us. We had 200 guests at our wedding and we all had a great time! The food was unbelievable, so delicious and the service was excellent. The banquet manager was so great and helpful, even before the wedding and leading up to the day of the wedding, she is awesome. The Hamlet is beautiful, spacious and very accommodating. We hope to go back and enjoy someone else's wedding there one day!! I highly recommend it!

Barbara is by far one of the best people in the whole wide world! My husband and I received so many compliments about Willow Creek. Everyone thought the location was unbelievably beautiful and it is, which was one of the many reasons why we picked this location. The food was so delicious. The chef really takes pride in the menu and you can taste it in every bite. Plus there was tons of food, it just never stopped. The service on the other hand, well it will blow you away. One uncle told his server that anytime his glass was half full she needed to bring him another drink, and like clockwork she was there every time no matter where he was. Everyone had similar experiences with the service it was just marvelous. Plus every guy there couldn't wait to come back and play a round of golf too.

Our team of dedicated professionals will work with you to prepare a package which offers exactly what you have envisioned for the perfect wedding. We strive to honor your budget while never sacrificing quality. Your wedding will always be the only event at our property, and our only focus on “Your Day”. We offer incentives for off-peak seasons and times, as well as short term bookings.

What kind of couple would you say do you and your facility most cater to?

We have found that the well researched bride is our most popular client. She has done her homework and knows what she is looking for. She demands excellence. She pays attention to her budget, but never sacrifices quality. She has no desire to share this day with another bride, and insists upon a reception location that will be completely dedicated to her and her guests.

With gorgeous panoramic views from our Lakeside Ballroom, your guests will be able to take in the splendor of our property and appreciate the beautiful visual effects that it offers during any season.

It is our goal and our passion to make each bride’s wedding a unique and memorable event. We work diligently to make sure that every wedding that we are honored to host, brings with it the uniqueness and personality of our bride and groom.

Tell us about some hot trends in wedding catering and how you are helping set such trends. ?

Today, many couples are looking for healthier alternatives to the traditional catering menu. We work with each couple to prepare a menu for their day that is tailored to meet not only their tastes but the dietary desires of the wedding couple and their guests. Our spectacular cuisine is tailored to meet all of these needs while never sacrificing the magnificent taste and presentation that our chefs pride themselves in.

How far in advance should a couple start looking for a catering hall?

The newly engaged couple should begin to look for their perfect venue as soon as they decide on a general time frame for the wedding, and have some ideas as to their budget.

How far in advance should a couple book their catering hall?

It is almost never too early to book your reception location. This is most often the first major decision in wedding planning, around which many other decisions will be made. Many locations are booked so far in advance that you may risk not having your desired date available if you wait too long, especially if your desired date is during the peak seasons. For those who may have waited a bit too long, or are in need of a short term booking, we are always pleased to accommodate your short term needs when available.

How can you help couples “customize” their special event?

At The Hamlet Willow Creek, we pride ourselves on our ability to listen to the couple so that we can understand exactly what they are trying to achieve for their day. We love to get a feel for the flavor of what the couple has envisioned, and then we use our expertise and commitment to excellence to customize the day to the couple’s tastes and desires, as well as their budget.
