Nothing much going on here. Still haven't gone to the florist We're going to start looking for BM dresses in August. I hope to go for a trial with Jennifer from Fairytale Makeover soon

WOW..71 PAGES!!!

I was talking with FI last night, that he put in for his vacation days for June (we want to go to Florida to visit our friends, check out our land, the house we want built, there are more houses being built so we want to look at those and he wants to talk to the TSA people down there about what to do for transfering) and we were talking about our Best Man and Matron (who are married to each other and live in FL) and what I am thinking is since she is in FL and really wont be around for a lot of the stuff up here, her and I spending a day together doing fun wedding stuff. We'll go to bridal shops and she'll try on dresses, we'll look around at stuff, etc...

She sent me a slip as my something borrowed and she wrote me a lovely letter apologizing for missing all my bridal gown searches, my fittings and basically a lot that goes into the planning but she is so honored I asked her to be my Matron.

So I figure while we are down there her and I can spend a day doing girlie wedding stuff

How long will your FI be in training???

You do have plenty of time. Alot of us (ok me ) booked everything early because I knew who I wanted and I did not want to lose the vendors (who sometimes are very popular). I have:

limos - booked them through Marcy Studio
DJ - Let Us Entertain You
Have already started purchasing BP, grandmother and parents gifts, have the bells for the reception, stuff for my cake table and I am going to order my gown and pick out BM dress on Saturday.

So like I said, I am very ahead so please do not base your planning time on me. You have time if you are looking for very popular vendors than I would try to book so because they might be taken already.

Ugh - I'm getting married the week before chip and nylisa and I have a grand total of (drum roll please)

Definatly dont go by us. I was out of work for 3 months and when I got a temp job we saved my first paycheck to pay for 2 vendors and then we got cought up on bills. FI started a new job so we're just getting by. We have a hall payment this month as well as other huge things this month so funds are a little tight. I wanted to book DJ and Limo this month but we have put it off till at least May.

I did a lot of research and spoke to a lot of girls on here before making my decisions. So you definatly have time and definatly do your homework

I cant wait till the honeymoon either. a nice long relaxing vacation. sun, sand, and colorful drinks with little umbrella's
