Those guys ain't (don't start on my grammar) got nothing on our girl Toni!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This girl is constantly cooking it up in the kitchen and I hear she can throw down with the pots and pans!!!!!!!!

Anyhoo...she shared with me one of her recipes. (Which is a big deal, as many of you know...for any Italian woman. Therefore I am uber flattered!)

Now I am not a bad cook but my no means am I the best yet. I am good but am still learning. And I truly believe...to get your food to taste like Nonna's it takes years of practice and lots of love that goes in your cooking to get to perfection.

That being said...I followed her recipe and it came out amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even Peter said it tasted like Nonna's cooking!!! And if I made them that good...I can't imagine how amazing Tone's are.

Tone didn't give me the name of them....but Peter has renamed them 'Tone Chops' at my house. They were just hot porkchops with peppers and potatoes. So yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
