'07 Brides - What have you booked already and what do you still have left to do?
I feel like I'm not getting enough things done. Hopefully by the end of August my BM dresses will be done.

we've only booked the reception so far! i'm going to start looking at dresses this week ... and gather info on the other important items (photography, dj, etc.) that need to be booked in advance. i feel like i have so much time but i'm sure it will fly by before i know it!

Ceremony site Reception location Photographer/Videographer Florist MY WEDDING GOWN, headpiece, jewelry (most important of all) Picked out STD's (waiting to take e-pics) Picked BM dresses Picked FG dresses Picked Favors (to be ordered after January)
Still have to decide on the invites and a few other things.

omg - i feel like i'm waaaaay behind!! i've only gotten my dress. but we should be booking the reception by next week. still have everything else to do. now i'm starting to freak out. we haven't looked at anything else!!!

We've actually only done the reception so far also but I've already looked into photo, video, flowers and dresses. But I think I've pretty much made up my mind on the majority except for dresses.. The only thing that worries me is my dress because I've tried on many but NOT fallen in LOVE with any.

I feel like we really need to get moving. We're planning our wedding from DC, so it's a lot harder to visit vendors. But so far here's what we have:
Reception hall photographer videographer my dress, veil, headpiece, slip, and shoes tuxes STD's- just waiting to take e-pics hotel room block for OOT guests mom's dress
We've narrowed the church down to one of two churches- FH just wants to see the interior of the church before we make a decision. I thought we had found the BM dresses, but they were discountinued. So, next on the list is BM dresses, flowers, dj, and limo.

This is my last year of school, and I'm taking 20 credits in the fall and 19 in the spring - so I'm trying to get as much done as possible over the summer (when I'm just worrying about work, not school, too!).
Currently working on: -BM dresses -Flowers -Limos -STDs (I have the design, I just have to get them printed and mount them on the magnet cardstock.)
Still have to do: -HM (I can't book HM yet, because FH's job has a lot to do with when we'll be taking the HM. Won't know til next summer.) -Favors -Invites -Rings -RD -BP gifts -Votive Placecards -Hair -Makeup -Shoes

I just posted this on the wednesday countdown. We just bought a house so wedding planning was on hold. I'm so screwed!
I have my dress Veil, jewlery and Tiara will be purchased when the dress comes in in December I have my reception site - they will take care of a bunch of stuff for me including my florist - it's a family thing I chose my BM dresses I have my DJ
I have no photographer have not ordered BM dresses no videographer No invites No save the dates No favors No limos - not sure if I need them yet - ceremony and reception are in the same place
What else do I need? Oh God I'm

i have: hall church videographer photographer DOC photo location dress favors centerpieces flowers(just need to sign the contract) DJ/cocktail hour music Limos monogram hoodie :o) bags to put 'rice' in for after church Hotel for the night of and for the inebriated guests custom garter fg gifts partial bm gifts
I have the bm dresses picked out but they have to go there and actually get fitted
FG dresses will be made by my grandma when the time gets closer
veil my aunt will make when the dress is complete so we could have the right length

Ceremony & Reception site Photo/Video DJ Officiant STDs - just have to mail them out in September Garter - I ordered it the other day from ebay, I can't wait to get it Florist Dress & Veil BM dresses are picked out we just have to order them. Hotel rooms blocked Wedding Website I just ordered a sample BM gift too. I want to see if it will match the dress.
I think that the only big things I have left are buses and limos.

STILL HAVE LEFT: Invitations (we picked them out we just have to order them) Favors (we know what we're doing just have to order them) Shoes (found the perfect pair i just have to go buy them) TRYING to get my girls to order their dress...but they seem to think they have all the time in the world...which they don't... Pick out a suit for FH and the guys to wear..but we have an idea of what they're going to wear, so that helps have to order my veil (but i know what i want so its all good) book honeymoon! (at least we know where we want to go ^________^)
other than that i'm not sure what else we have to do :
