07'er Crashing - What was your Something Old/Borrowed

Hi Ladies, Sorry to crash your boards. I am having trouble coming up with my Something Old and Something Borrowed. I already have my DOJ (FH bought it for me) so that's out. Maybe I can get some ideas from what you used. TIA!

something old: a bracelet that my mom wore at her wedding
Something borrowed: a hankercheif that my friend lent me to hold when walking down the aisle in case I cried. I didn't cry, but it came in handy when DH needed to wipe the sweat off of his brow.

oh yea.....my Mom's garter from her wedding was another old.....it was also my blue.

Both: a bracelet that belonged to my grandmother that my mother lent me. And a little of my mom's blood on my dress after she fixed a ripped pleat that morning and stabbed herself with the needle!

My DH's 102 y.o. grandmother's brooch. I put it in my bo-k. She was not able to be there with us that day so it was a nice reminder that she was there in spirit.

Borrowed and old- my grandmother's ring (she passed way about a year before my wedding).

I borrowed a hankerchief from my grandma, which was my pop-pops. It was laos my something old too.

For my something old was a gift from Dh from our 1 year anniversary, which was about 9 momths before the wedding; My something new was a sworovski crystal braclet DH bought me; my something borrowed, I borrowed a diamond braclet from my cousin who was a Bridesmaids also. I only had 1 really nice bracelet, but I wanted another one for my other hand. My something blue, was my ribbon on my garter! HTH!

I also carried my mother's bridal bible (Old Testament) under my bouquet. She carried it under her bouquet in 1956 when she married my father. You can see it here:
I also had my father's World War II dog tag sewn into my dress.
Borrowed:
A Jewish star made of marcasite that belonged to DH's great grandmother. Every woman in his family wears it on their wedding day. I had it sewn in my dress with a red ribbon that is used in superstition for good luck and to keep evil spirits away.
(I actually had more jewelry INSIDE my dress than outside.)
