07ers going on diets the 1st of the year !!!

I've fallen and I can't get up !!!!!!!!



I have lost ALL control when it comes to eating the chocolates and cookies at the office, at the holidays parties, etc!!!

Anyone else looking at throwing in the towel with dieting the rest of this year and starting fresh on Jan 1 ????

I need a jump start diet to look forward to the 1st of the year ... share your secrets ????

Ive lost about 40lbs a few years ago (stopped going to happy hour every night) and about 15 since I got engaged...

my secret is the European way.... eat a HUGE lunch and sandwich for dinner. And I stop eating by 7pm at night..... Ive said it before and people bash me but if I go to bed slightly hungry I feel like Ive had a productive day, diet wise.

I am not exactly throwing in the towel. I want to try to be as good as possible. But go back to Weight Watchers, hardcore starting Jan 2.

I need a Tae bo class or something!!! I jog on the treadmill and feel like nothing happens ... I need some kind of a dance class or Tae Bo thingy where I can kick punch out stress !!



thats what I am doing also. After x-mas no more crap. I have been so bad.

I was soooooooooo excited to start my new diet this month, it slipped my mind about the holidays. So, I'm sticking to it and I've lost 9 lbs. or so in 2 weeks!

YES!!! I was doing soo WELL - until this week rolled around ... salad for lunch with 3 pcs of chocolate is not gonna cut it!!!!

Will def start HARD CORE come Jan 2nd (Jan 1st is still a holiday )

i really want to kick start the year right!
there are areas that i want to tone like my arms, waist and get rid of some weight off my face. i always feel like if i gain a little weight, i can see it in my face, like my cheeks and chin get a little puffier!! annoying!!
otherwise me and fi want to get into a healtly routine.

i've been on ww and have been up and down.....but come january im putting myself on lockdown. i need to get to the gym like everyday....by then ill have like 6 months to go!!!

What kind of diet did you start ???
It consists of medication from a weight loss clinic (some long name, I can send you tomorrow) and b12 shots weekly. I had to eat ONLY protein (chicken, eggs, turkey, fat-free/sugar-free ham) for 3 full days, then I could eat certain veggies (lettuce, celery, broccoli, asparagus). I can not change this diet by adding anything till I hit my goal weight. No dairy! Also, its a 500 calorie a day diet. It was really hard at first, but you get used to it. You can have sugar free popsicles if you like sweets, sugar free jello.
I cheat and drink wine, but I've cut back a lot.
It costs $50 a week for the visit, pills, shot, blood pressure check. Well worth it after the 1st 2 weeks I had!

I'm soooo with you ladies!!!
I lost 20 pounds on Weight Watchers last year...and now I've gained half of it back already!!
Back to WW and the Gym January 1st!!!!!
Who's coming with me?!?!?!?!?!

I'm tempted to join weight watchers....it sounds like everyone has had good results. I've been soo stressed the last few months with school and work and have out on some weight.....now school is over and I'm ready to get going! Any good tips for starting out with WW?

actually i still on weight watchers, and have lost 23 pounds and kept it off for 1 year, but it these holidays that are making me go outof control, and i do go to the gym , sometimes i dont want to go to the gym , but FH actually like me the way i am

You know it.....

I will celebrate my diet by eating all of the rice, rum cheese cake and mac n cheese for Christmas and after that NO MORE- i will be in the gyn every evening from now on starting next week!

Oh yeah starting january 1st it is ON!!!!! I was so good until about 2 weeks ago.. .. I cant wait to start eating better and exercising hardcore!
