08 bride in need of help!

hi girls! i need some help finding 'favor tags' or even stickers for my son's baptism favors and thought you might know of an online store or vendor?

I am making chocolate dipped pretzels and would like to have stickers for the bags that say his name and the baptism date, thank you etc (much like favor tags for wedding favors)

any ideas? when i was planning my wedding, i remember there being a great website but that was years ago I cant seem to find it
