WOW... when I think of what I am thinking long and short term in order to look like a princess on the wedding, the list is nuts....

Weight training/ cardio
Series of eyebrow threads
Tanning
Spray Tan
Nails
Vein removal on legs (possibly)
Teeth whitening and dental work (I have slightly chipped tooth)
Hair Highlights and lowlights
Makeup artist day of wedding
Hair day of wedding
I'm scared of facials causing problems so I'm leaning towards no on that one...

What about you? Anything I should be doing that I'm not... . LOL



well ive been getting facials regularly
tanning
eyebrows
zoom teeth whitening
hair highlights
manicure, pedicure
waxing period lol
plus hair and make up day of

thats all i have planned so far, unless i think of anything else im forgetting hahaha

That list seems right on the money.
I may do some microderm or other facial treatments. My biggest concern is getting my A$$ to the gym more

And ladies don't forget to treat yourselves to a massage too

I just had my first facial in awhile on thursday. I plan on going at least every other month, if not every month (as long as I can afford it!) I'm trying to get my nails done every 1-2 weeks and have been working out more. I'm also planning on getting my teeth whitened over the summer. And definitely a massage before the wedding!!

oh yeah the working out part...i am SOOOOOO sore right now it hurts to cough, and im sick so im coughing alot...i worked out so hard but i need to

FH got me a gc to the spa i like for a 90 minute massage, he said its what i need most right now

just dont do it the day of hahaha, i know some people do but massages make you very tired for the rest of the day

continue gym workouts 5 times weekly

My front tooth has been bonded like 3o times and its been good for the past 5 months but I want to get it redone becuasee I feel like its a alittle uneven( only I would notice this though)... and A microdermabrasian at the dermo!

i was talking to my dermatologist and he said a facial peel is much better than a facial or microdermabrasion. the peel actually helps you long and short term..the others dont.
so i will be getting 3 peels before the wedding

im going to get a peel too, but still have been going monthly for facials but the person doing my facial will do a peel.

i just had a facial, it's been quite a while, and i know i will need at least 2 more before the big day. i have never been to the derm but curious to see what they would recommend. i don't have bad skin but it hasn't been great lately and i want to get it in shape.

Some kind of body mud wrap thingy

Full Body waxing with brazilian! (I wonder how much that'll cost...i'm surprised that's not a package in spas, I think a lot of girls would pay to be totally hairless in all of the right places I guess i'll just have to pay seperately for arms, legs, stomach, back, etc...I'm not really hairy in the first place, but I want to be totally bald in those places! Am I nuts or what? )

Go to the gym (I keep saying that!!!)
Microdermabrasion treatments (once a month so 5x before wedding)

Rebonding my 2 front teeth too!!! (I have a small space)
Mani/Pedi

Hair trims to keep it healthy
Trying not to blow dry my hair as much as possible!
Bioton tablets to help my hair grow
Airbrushed Makeup
Hair
Clip in Extensions- to wear for honeymoon
SLEEP!
